These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, Micro-SaaS products, and custom automation services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Rask-D Technology Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our IP: We own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. This includes our website, branding, and the underlying software and technology. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or software.

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to or process through the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit Your Data as necessary to provide the Services to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RASK-D TECHNOLOGY LTD., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Kigali, Rwanda.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice, such as by sending an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
